Do This Simple TMJ Test At Home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This at-home test doesn\u2019t require any bells or whistles. Simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your mouth ever-so-slightly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Place your fingers against your TMJ on both sides of your jaw (TMJs are located in front of your ears, where your upper and lower jaw meet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Now start to widen your mouth, and continue until you feel your TMJs move<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If your TMJs click, snap, pop, or feel tender, you could very well have a TMJ disorder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
